In some very well put words


Sometimes charing is a good thing.

Last week I went to a course on Strees and anxiety management, I didn't really learn anything new, but it was good to see that there are others that feel something similar to what I feel, thou most people didn't have half the symptoms I have.

I think my goal on this stress jorney is to make an awerness book. I still haven't found the way, but I want to make one.
